An Evening with Andrew O'Hagan - Newcastle City Library

Join us for a special Newcastle Writers Festival Spring Program event with one of Britain’s most celebrated writers, Andrew O’Hagan at Newcastle City Library. Andrew will speak to Rosemarie Milsom about his extraordinary career and most recent novel Caledonian Road.

In this wide-ranging conversation, O’Hagan will discuss his remarkable body of work, with a focus on his most ambitious novel to date, Caledonian Road. Hailed as a contemporary masterpiece, the novel follows art historian Campbell Flynn through a London of immense wealth, social division, political intrigue and moral uncertainty, offering a gripping portrait of a society at a crossroads.
