If an item is on loan or at another branch you can place a request to put it on 'hold'. To place an item on hold, phone or visit any of our library branches, or login to your library account on our online catalogue. The login link can be found at the top right of the catalogue screen - login using your library barcode number and PIN. Not sure what your PIN is? Call us on 4974 5300.
When the item is available, you will be notified by your choice of sms or email message. There is no fee for using this service.
If we do not have a copy of the item you wish to borrow you can submit a purchase suggestion. Each request will be considered in line with our collection development guidelines. Alternatively, you may like to submit an interlibrary loan request. Our interlibrary loan service can arrange for material to be loaned from another library service on your behalf, fees and charges apply.
