Join green thumbs, curious learners and local community garden champions to swap plants and share knowledge. Bring along any item you think a gardener would love – seedlings, plants, seeds, pots, old magazines, etc. Explore the thriving community garden onsite and say hello to the resident chickens. Cafe open for morning tea and lunch. Presented with thanks to Green Thumb Social.
Featuring a Seed Cleaning Social from 10 – 11.30am - a drop-in session to learn how to clean seeds with Tree Frog Permaculture. Bring your own uncleaned seeds or help clean seeds donated to Newcastle Seed Library.
