The Australian War Memorial
The Australian War Memorial combines a shrine, a world-class museum, and an extensive archive.

National Archives of Australia
The National Archives of Australia can best be described as the memory of our nation – collecting and preserving Australian Government records that reflect our history and identity.

NSW Anzac Centenary website
NSW State Records website which contains overviews of records associated with war-related topics. Use our research guide, and search indexes to learn more about the people of New South Wales and the government that served them during the war.

State Records is the NSW Government's archives and records management authority.

A searchable database of images of NSW war memorials and recorded veteran names.

The Ryerson Index
The Ryerson Index is a free index to death notices appearing in Australian newspapers. The date range covered extends from the Sydney Gazette of 1803 up to newspapers published within the last week or so. The Index also includes many funeral notices, and some probate notices and obituaries.
