School Holidays: Native Bees and Tiny Forest Seed Ball Workshop - Wallsend Library

Join local artist and educator Anna Scobie in a hands-on creative workshop exploring native bees, pollination and the importance of Tiny Forest habitats for local biodiversity.
Children will make seed clay balls and simple bee hotel to take home and use in their own gardens or shared green spaces, helping support native plants and the insects that depend on them, including native bees.
The workshop draws on ideas from The Tiny Forest children’s book by Odette Tonkin, with a focus on practical action for nature.
