Adamstown Library Re-Opening 14 July
03 July 2025
Adamstown Library will reopen to the community from Monday 14 July following a temporary closure to address storm-related damage.
Recent severe weather caused a ceiling leak at Adamstown Library resulting in the branch closing from 14 June while the extent of the damage was assessed and remediation works undertaken.
Repair work has now been completed, allowing the library to safely re-open. Visitors will notice some additional columns inside the library space, which will remain in place until a larger scope of works is scheduled within the next 12 months.
Regular hours and full library services will resume including access to borrowing collections, PCs, printing and study spaces.
Thank you for your patience while we completed repairs.
