Welcome to Your Summer Stories 2024/25!
Newcastle Libraries presents 'Your Summer Stories'—a collection of new Australian books for this summer season. Here you'll find a wide array of books and experiences that will inspire and delight readers of all ages. Step out of your comfort zone and enjoy an assortment of new Australian and international titles with something for everyone. You have the freedom to choose your own reading adventure, whether it's one book or many!

- Author Event - Emma Grey in conversation with Natalie Murray on her heartbreaking new novel 'Pictures of You'. Thursday 21 November.
- Author Event and Family Fun Day - Samantha Wills – 'Marigold's Magic Stars'. International bestselling author and creative Samantha Wills talks about her new project. Fun for the entire family with lots of craft activities to enjoy being creative together! Saturday 30 November.

- High tea with Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Event. Welcome to the seasons most sort after tea party, formal attire is required. High tea, an old English dance lesson and all things Bridgerton activities. Saturday 18 January.
- Author Event - Jim Haynes. 'The Big book of Australian Yarns'. Jim Haynes' latest book, a comprehensive collection of fascinating factual stories. Friday 21 February.
